I’m Nicole, a UX Director based in San Diego. I am both creative and analytical, so I focus on delivering engaging experiences for real people driven by real user data. Ultimately, I believe design is an iterative process that starts with uncovering user problems and ends with a powerful solution.
Over the years I’ve created and executed user-centered solutions for Fortune 500 and nonprofit clients such as the Washington Capitals, the National Aquarium, Verizon, Capital One, Sub-Zero, the Masters Tournament, Aeromexico, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Optum, Tanger Outlets, and ADT.
When I’m not deep in design thinking you’ll find me hiking with my dog, Koda.
